• Age Restriction: Our services are intended for students aged 17 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals below this age without parental/guardian execution of terms.

• Purpose: We use your information to provide tailored tutoring, monitor academic progress, and manage your account.
• Marketing: We may use your contact details to send emails or marketing materials regarding Elan services. All such communications include a functional opt-out or unsubscribe facility.
• Third Parties: We may disclose information to contractors (such as tutors) or service providers (such as cloud hosting and data analysis providers) to perform business functions on our behalf.
• Cross-Border Disclosure: Where data is stored on overseas platforms, we ensure they are subject to privacy standards comparable to New Zealand law.
